Pasta Seafood Salad

This salad is amazing! You can make into a sandwich, put in into pita bread, can stuff it into a tomato or green pepper. Or you can simply use it as a main dish or side.  A wonderful summer meal.

2/3 (7 oz.) box Creamette shells, bowtie ot rotini
1/2 (1 lb.) imitation crab meat (shredded or broken up)
1/2 c. American cheese, finely diced
1 small jar pimentos
1 can tiny shrimp
1 tsp. onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. celery, finely diced

DRESSING:

1 c. Miracle Whip, I use olive oil mayo
1/2 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix together until smooth. Cook shells according to package directions. Drain well, rinse in cold water two or more times and drain real well.
Add crab meat, cheese and onion and celery. Toss gently with the dressing mixture. Makes a good sized bowl of salad.
If you let this salad sit a day in the frig it really becomes more flavorful =o) enjoy!
